“I really enjoyed staying at this resort. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and the bathrooms are outstanding. I stayed in the Junior Plus room and was very pleasantly surprised by how amazing the room looked and felt. The staff is truly 10/10 — very punctual, kind, and always ready to help with anything you need. The cleanliness of the rooms is exemplary. The sea view is stunning, as the resort is located high on the hill. The food is also delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort and I would like to congratulate the staff for doing such an excellent job.”

“My stay at Ida B Hotel on Koh Samui was absolutely exceptional. The view from my room was sumptuous and the hotel offers breathtaking scenery. The service was outstanding : meticulously attentive and thorough in every detail. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, friendly, and always readily available to help with anything I needed. This hotel genuinely deserves its 5-star rating and meets European 5-star standards in every way. From the luxurious accommodations to the impeccable service, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Ida B Hotel to anyone visiting Koh Samui who wants a truly premium experience.”
“The property itself is beautiful, however 5* means attention to detail. The room itself really gorgeous with a stunning view. The staff was very friendly. The boutique hotel has 12 rooms of which 3 were occupied (including mine). We did love the backgammon and chess boards in the lobby. Then why three stars only? Being an avid traveler I dislike bashing a place but the experience here was not 5*. We reached after it was dark. The path is off the main road, on an extremely steep hill. You need an SUV cab to reach there, or the hotel has a pick up and drop service between 8am and 10pm daily. (They accommodate earlier and later times if you inform them). This information should be findable on booking.com so one can make an informed decision on whether i want to be in a secluded or busier place. The lobby lights and air conditioning should be turned on at all times if not at least till midnight. No early cut-offs. (10pm for everything). It feels like we are being told when to call it a night. The breakfast was very limited. Day 1 we were told two eggs per person only. One of us being a body builder in the competitive league, 2 is not enough! We finally did get more after talking to the hotel manager. On the last morning they ran out of yoghurt. Someone went to fetch it and it arrived within 5minutes but that really shouldn’t happen. The hotel Manager Phee, manages the guests and fulfills your wishes to his best ability. I’ll add, missing warm water on day 1, the room safe wasn’t working (they had to replace the battery) and even then it didn’t work, dog poo in front of the gym at 10pm, lights turned off, aircon turned off (allowed to turn on oneself but that is not 5* for a gym). I’ll conclude by adding the property has great potential, the owners seemed nice, we exchanged brief greetings.”
“We had the best time in here, best resort we have been to in Thailand. Decorated like a luxurious house with incredible facilities, astonishing view of jungles, ocean and near by islands. In sunny days you can watch the sunset. The pools are amazing, food is very good and rich. The staff is very kind, we would like to point out that Tay was especially very helpful, always smiling and gave us the best service the entire time. Next time in Thailand we will definitely come back here. Excellent experience without a need to leave the resort!”
“The views from this hotel were the best I’ve ever experienced, photos don’t do it justice! The room was the best I’ve ever stayed in too. The staff were very helpful, and the food was lovely although much more expensive than if you were to eat out elsewhere just to note. The only downside is that the hotel is hard to get in and out of. The hill is too steep and long to drive or walk with ease so you have to get the hotel shuttle (it is free!) to the bottom of the hill. It just means waiting around if the car isn’t ready, and it’s just on between 8am-10pm. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, couldn’t fault the hotel facilities at all, thank you!”
