“Pistachio stayed at Ila’s for 5 nights. It was her first time at a dog hotel and I did a lot of research before choosing where to send her. She is a rescue who has been in a shelter for 8 years and is extremely nervous and unless me and my husband are there she doesn’t let anyone touch her. Pistachio did stay in her kennel the whole time because she was so nervous but Ila really took the time to make her feel comfortable. Pistachio woke her up every morning at 5 am whining and Ila got up to see to her and reassure her every morning, giving her extra treats and really being patient with her. Recommend to anyone!”

“Hi, I took my 2 dogs there for around 10 days, they never been in a dog hotel, so we were quite worried about their reaction, in the beginning was not easy they tried to escape , but with Ila’s love and patience they calm down and enjoy the peace and comfort that Ila gave to them , they had their own “house + garden “, safe place for all kind of dog!
