“Jahn restaurant is simply divine and easily one of the best on the entire island. It is a grill restaurant, and while we mainly had fish and seafood, it was fantastic and prepared to an incredible standard. There is also a great choice of wines to accompany the meal. We almost want to keep it a secret from people outside the resort so it doesn't get too crowded, but absolutely hats off to all the chefs; the food is incredible and the experience was flawless. During my birthday, we had the most delicious chocolate mousse cake there which was the perfect end to the evening. It truly is a culinary masterpiece.”

“Jahn might have one of best locations on the island. It has one of the most incredible views which sets the scene for a great dinner. The space itself is very intimate. There are only a couple of tables and booths in the restaurant. The design is very relaxing and smooth. The wagyu itself was actually underwhelming and I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. The entrees and sides were fantastic though. The service was impeccable and I am annoyed I didnt remember our hostesses names as they did an amazing job.”
“A five-star experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, warm, and incredibly attentive throughout the evening. The setting is breathtaking—perched high above the sea with a view that feels straight out of a dream. Go at sunset if you can; the light is magical and perfect for photos. The restaurant itself is intimate and beautifully designed, with every detail feeling intentional and elegant. The food was exceptional—especially the stuffed crab shell, which was presented with a dramatic steam effect that made it as fun as it was delicious. The sides were all excellent too, particularly the potato gratin and the Thai-spiced onion rings. The only slight miss was the halibut, which was a bit dry for our taste. Otherwise, everything was flawless. Jahn is truly an unforgettable dining experience and absolutely worth visiting during a stay at the Conrad Koh Samui.”

The food paired beautifully with the wines. The staff truly personalized the experience and made us feel very well taken care of as hotel guests. The ambiance was unforgettable: being so high up and watching the sunset behind the five islands was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this restaurant for a special dining experience.”
“This is everything you'd want from a steakhouse. Wonderful cuts of meat, great staff and a romantic atmosphere. Highly recommend the onion rings and the truffle Mac and cheese. We had the rib eye and lamb chops and they were great as well. The staff gave a great recommendation for the wine pairing so feel free to ask what goes well with your dinner course!”
