The store manager, Nan, who has been with the company for 19 years, spoke excellent English and was incredibly helpful throughout my purchase. She let me test the speaker in-store, allowing me to turn up the volume and experience its full range. The JBL system performed exceptionally well, passing my test with ease. What truly stood out was Nan’s dedication to customer service. Since this was an impulse buy and I was on my motorcycle, I had no way of getting the speaker home. Without hesitation, Nan suggested taking one of the taxis downstairs, even offering a clever tip—telling them the manager referred me, which might help secure a better rate. I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism, friendly demeanor, and problem-solving skills. Even after nearly two decades in the business, she still brings the kind of attentive and engaging service that makes you want to return. The rest of the staff were equally polite and curious, making the experience even more enjoyable. “I went to buy a Super VOOC charger but received a Vooc charger instead. When they were selling it, they said it worked, and they charged 990 baht, claiming I needed to buy an original cable to use it for Super VOOC functionality. But when I tried to exchange it, they said it wasn't possible. I consider myself ripped off by the salesperson. From a customer's perspective, I'm very disappointed.”
