Before purchasing, I specifically asked a staff member whether this would work, and I was told that it would. After buying the hard drive, I discovered that I could not transfer files to it. The advice I received was incorrect, and the product did not meet the purpose for which I bought it. The next day, I returned to the store to exchange or return the hard drive. Unfortunately, I had to wait around 30 minutes because the staff were on the phone the entire time. In the end, they refused to take the hard drive back. As a result, I spent €70 on a hard drive that does not work for my needs because I was advised incorrectly, and the store would not provide a solution. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience overall. I cannot recommend this store.”

The staff member on duty was curt and unwelcoming, making me feel as though my inquiry was an inconvenience. Instead of helping me explore potential options available in Thailand, they abruptly walked away when another customer entered. I then stood waiting while they slowly typed at the keyboard, seemingly looking something up, though there was no communication. The lack of engagement and dismissive attitude made the experience frustrating. While I may return for specific computer components, I sincerely hope to be assisted by a more professional and attentive representative next time.”
