“We had the most incredible time at KC Resort. Everything was amazing—the staff, the atmosphere, and the facilities. The team went above and beyond, keeping our room spotless and always making sure we had everything we needed. “We had an absolutely wonderful stay at KC Beach Club & Pool Villas in Chaweng. The hotel has a perfect location right on the beach, with beautiful views, a relaxing atmosphere, great food, and very comfortable rooms. What truly made our stay special, however, was the incredible service from the staff. A special thank you to A Ji Kee and Tawan — they were all exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always smiling. They made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived until we left. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday possible, and we truly appreciated every moment. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Koh Samui, and we will definitely come back again”
“This place exceeded my expectations. The restaurant has a very warm and relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. The environment was clean, beautifully arranged, and very comfortable. Excellent service from the staff. Everyone was polite, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire experience. “Our first day already started terribly. Even though we had organized an airport pickup through the hotel, after long flights with a 1-year-old baby we were left waiting for almost one hour in a non-air-conditioned airport area at 30°C. Only after I called the hotel myself was a car finally arranged. After spending our holiday (14 days) at KC Beach Club, I can give a fair and balanced review. The biggest strength of this hotel is definitely the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. They are without question the best part of the entire property. The beach location is also excellent, with one of the nicest stretches of beach in the area. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is showing its age. The rooms are spacious but outdated. The bathroom only has a rainfall shower with no handheld shower head, which is inconvenient, especially when traveling with a young child. The jacuzzi function of the bathtub did not work, and the drainage was very poor, causing water to accumulate instead of draining properly. The upper pool was noticeably dirty during our stay, while the lower pool was in much better condition. Families with strollers or guests with mobility issues should be aware that the property is not barrier-free and involves many stairs throughout the resort. Another disappointment was that some services included in our booking were only provided after we specifically requested them, and not all staff members seemed aware that these services were part of the package. Overall, the price-performance ratio is not satisfactory. While the staff deserve great credit for their efforts, the hotel itself urgently needs a comprehensive renovation and management should overthink they're way to handle guests otherwise no one will come again in this Hotel. Until that happens, I cannot fully recommend it.”
“We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was kind and attentive, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit. We would especially like to thank Folk View, Maew, Ninja, Mean, and also X from the dining area, who was especially friendly and thoughtful. Our child really enjoyed the pools, the atmosphere, and the warm service, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our family. The rooms were comfortable, but they do feel a little outdated and could benefit from some renovation and maintenance updates. Still, the overall experience was positive thanks to the lovely atmosphere and the caring staff.”
