“What an incredible family holiday ! It is our third trip to Thailand and I can honestly say it was the best yet.! Kya Beach house has absolutely everything to offer for a family travelling with children. There was a little bit for everyone from an idyllic beach with hardly anybody on it, so the most perfect location with privacy and yet just a short walk away along the beach are restaurants, shops and massage, parlours all beachfront, it’s incredible. The villa itself is exactly as you see on the pictures but the spaces particularly the outside area is huge and spacious ! The children could play on the private beach or in the pool all within eye shot of us whether we were relaxing on the sunbeds or under the chilled outdoor lounge it was super easy. The house itself is perfectly set up and very clean and the staff cannot do enough for you. It was like being in a second home, it was such an amazing visit. We have already booked to come back next year and we can’t recommend it enough.”
“We have just returned from the most incredible family holiday staying at Kya Beach House & already dreaming of when we can return! It’s such an incredible place & had everything we needed. Location is on a very quiet beautiful clean beach, but there are also great thai restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk if needed. The staff Jeab & Dao are super friendly & helpful & the service & food they offer is amazing. Breakfast while looking out to sea is the best way to start the day! We did a good mix of total relaxation days spent by the pool and sunset paddle boarding (boards available at the house). On the days you want to do more they offer everything from massages at the house to visits to the elephant sanctuary, amazing boat trips & so much more to help you explore the island. Every detail has been thought of to make your stay so memorable. We’ve stayed all over the island and this is our favourite!”

“A Dream Elopement at Kya Beach House Kya Beach House was everything we could have hoped for and more! The breathtaking beach views, stunning boho decor, and peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect setting for our elopement. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The staff were truly exceptional—so warm, kind, and attentive. Krystyna, the owner, was amazing! Super accommodating and always quick to respond via WhatsApp, making everything effortless. She also helped us organise a motorbike, which was parked at the villa in time for our arrival. The villa manager, Jeab, was incredibly kind, spoke excellent English, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The rest of the team was just as wonderful, greeting us each day with genuine smiles, keeping the villa spotless, and preparing delicious meals for us every morning. We are beyond grateful for the incredible memories we made at Kya Beach House, it truly exceeded all expectations! Just to clarify about the “stray dogs” mentioned in one of the google reviews from a person who did not stay at the villa — these dogs actually belong to the next door neighbour. They are friendly and approachable, and I personally loved giving them dog treats each day, with their smiling appreciative faces! If you’re not a dog person, simply don’t engage with them on the public beach. Easy! They do not enter Kya Beach property at all.
