“We really enjoyed our stay. The house is right by the sea — just a few steps and you’re on the beach. Waking up to the sound of waves was very nice. The place is clean and well maintained. Cleaning was regular, with fresh towels and clean bed linen. The area is quiet and calm, good for resting and sleeping. No noise, just the sea. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, always replied quickly. Good place if you want a calm stay by the sea. We would stay here again.”

“**risk to health** pillows are covered in black mould, mattress even worse, cockroaches everywhere and not small ones while over 2 inches, can't walk down the road to hotel at night as down 400 metres unlight dirt track, no security or anybody on reception at night so hotel totally unsecure via road or beach. I booked in for 4 nights but lasted less than 48 hours explained to manager why leaving and got a smile and told very good Don't think cleaning staff even cleaned room properly before given to us and handed air freshener when entering”
“HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED 🤬🤬🤬 Disappointing Experience I would like to share my unsatisfactory experience at this chalet. I made a reservation six months in advance and was shocked upon arrival to find that my room had been replaced with a very poor-quality one. Despite requesting a room with two single beds, I was given a large bed. Furthermore, the bathroom was extremely dirty, and the overall condition of the hotel was unsatisfactory. I also observed similar issues experienced by other travelers, where reservations and payments had been made, but upon check-in, the chalet was already full. This experience is highly discouraging and reflects poor management. The reservation system should guarantee the desired room and maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. I hope the management can improve their services and ensure a more positive stay for future customers.”
“I'm giving 5 stars as the place is underrated I would say. Firstly location at the beach, our bungalow wasn't beach front but you can still hear the waves which is amazing... Then sunrise...honestly you want to wake up everyday at 6 am not to miss beautiful sunrise at your doorstep!! Prices - very reasonable for the accomodation ( we were in low season), you have a chance for some negotiation comparing to booking or Agoda. Restaurant on place, although we didn't use it as a bit pricey if you are on low budget. Motorbike rental - very good price and very convenient. Location - beach and close to the main road. Not in the centre of Lamai which I would say it's a plus as it's not noisy and cheaper. Bungalows - basic and not very big , but it's clean. However not cleaned by HK. You can always ask for some fresh towels if needed or toilet paper etc. Pool - I wouldn't say you can cool down unless at night as it's in the sun all day, however our baby still managed to enjoy the swim :) Staff - very nice and friendly. Special thanks to Lady Fay who helped me a lot to get my lost eye glasses back! I will be forever grateful to you :) Thank you for your hospitality.”
“The place is a little bit underrated in our opinion. For the price we paid, nice spaces and clean room. Nice beach bar integrated with a very nice beach bohemian flair. If you are looking for a luxurious resort, it will not be your place. But if you are a backpacker or you are looking for a relaxed Place to stay-for a few days we recommend. Staff is very friendly, nice music, great Flair, price totally ok. The beach area in front is not so crowded like lamai center which makes it really relaxing. Just Plan in a little Bit of time if you are ordering Food as it takes quite a while. But no problem, if you know, because they bring it to the Beach for you.”
