“A lot of weed people(resort guests and visitors ) coming to smoke on this resort beach chairs/bed and resort common area. Even you sit on your balcony bangalow, smoke is coming your way ... Most of guests need to leave their beach chairs to be somewhere else to avoid the smoke. No rules no signs in the area or anywhere ... According to front desk staffs, it's not prohibited to smoke weeds around the resort common area. The resort has no restrictions (even it's against the law to smoke in opened area where it can disturb people ) and other resorts have big signs No smoking and No weed on the beach and common area but this resort seems to be happy to entertain these weed smokers) Babies, kids and families try to enjoy their holiday, they need to inhale the weed smoke or not able to enjoy on the beach even they are the resort guests. What a big disappointment.!!!! The resort itself is not too bad, just don't understand why they don't want to try to make their resort free from bad behaviors and even illegal doing while other resorts in the area put very big no smoking, no weed signs.”
“I booked a bungalow and was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is located directly on Lamai beach. The hotel grounds are very clean and have a pool. The bungalow was also good, and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.”
“Fantastic value for money resort on the Lamai beach. Easy check in and check out. Stayed in one of the beachside bungalows. It does get a bit loud during the day with the jetski rentals around, however that is not a deal breaker. Laundry is outsourced but quite cheap 5 minutes walking distance to Lamai night market, very close to Lamai Cocktail bar, eateries and currency exchange counters. Breakfast was sumptuous with delicious fresh fruits, Thai and continental options. Eggs are made as per preference like other resorts. What stood out to me was the fantastic and friendly service from the hotel staff. They really put effort in engaging with the guests. Car parking is available subject to reservation.”
“I stayed in both a seaview room and a garden bungalow - I recommend the room. It's bigger and brighter, better bathroom, and slightly newer... though the facilities and furnishings do need to be upgraded. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great if being next to the beach is important, but it's also very busy with the sound of jet ski's, etc. Breakfast buffet was good (450 THB if it's not included in your room rate). Expect transfers from the airport to take 30min.”
