From the moment we walked in the vibe was dialled: retro-rock posters, guitars on the wall, a bun as golden as the early evening light over the Pacific. The bun was buttery, pillowy and toasted just enough to hold the load without going soggy — a proper foundation. Then came the patty: char-crusted, juicy in the middle, beef flavour blasting like a BC summer campfire. The cheese pooled around the edges like molten lava and the pickles snapped with that briny pop you crave. Lettuce crisped, tomato sliced thick and ripe, onions with a bit of sting, each bite full of contrast. The sauce was wicked — a smoky-sweet swirl that pulled the whole ensemble together, none of that weak-sock thing, but full throttle. Bacon? Check. Crispy, salty, maple-whispered. The build was rock-solid: two-hand job, but not a falling-apart mess. Napkin intensive? Maybe. Worth it? Abso-friggin-lutely. We chatted, we laughed, we watched the burger disappear. Price point about ฿200-400 but felt like a steal given the quality. Staff were laid-back but on the ball — good service never killed the vibe. Post-burger we walked out full of that “wow, we found a gem” energy. This place doesn’t just do burgers — they own burgers. It’s one of those eateries you’ll drop friends off at and brag about later.
