The environment is incredibly peaceful, and the decor fully immerses you in Thai culture. The staff, from reception to the therapists, are exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive. “LUXSA Spa Samui – A Tailored, Five-Star Healing Experience We spent eight nights at Hansar Samui and visited LUXSA Spa almost every day. It was easily a 10/10 experience. Most of our treatments were as a couple in the same room, which was a lovely, shared experience. We started with a traditional Thai massage and also enjoyed a fantastic package that included a traditional Thai herbal steam and a facial. The herbal steam was a highlight—very authentic and refreshing. From that point on, the therapists were incredible at tailoring every treatment to my specific needs. A massive thank you to our therapists, Wanmai and Aew. They were gentle, kind, and professional throughout. I arrived with a shoulder in very bad condition, and Wanmai worked what I can only describe as a miracle. She was so attentive, and her expert advice was invaluable. My husband’s experience with Aew was equally professional and relaxing. They have a deep understanding of their craft and provide a service full of warmth and genuine hospitality. We didn’t even have to explain what we needed; they just knew. If you are looking for a professional, caring, and effective spa experience, I cannot recommend LUXSA Spa enough.”
