Wow—what an incredible place. I don’t even know where to begin. The facilities are world-class, the staff and trainers are genuinely welcoming, and the range of classes and equipment is exceptional. From HYROX to Pilates to Yoga, everything is top-of-the-line, making this one of the best all-rounder gyms and truly amazing value for money. From Sand and the team at reception to Moo, Marta, and the rest of the training crew, it’s been 5 stars again and again. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for helping us work toward our goals, even if just for a short time. We’ll honestly miss you all once our stay is over.
My girlfriend and I came for a 5Day fitness retreat, and truly enjoyed our time here. The various fitness classes were challenging yet fun - with each of the coaches showcasing a good level of professionalism and competency (even though they might teach different unrelated classes). During our short time, we did yoga, body sculpt, Muay Thai, TRX, Hyrox-based, and even squash - all the classes were good and pushed us quite a bit, even though we exercised quite regularly. The top notch gym was certainly a highlight as well, with high quality equipment that was never crowded. We could tell that many external guests dropped by for the gym as well. The sauna and ice baths were something we took daily advantage of to recover. Although it was a bit of a shame that we had to be split up as it was gender specific and within the locker rooms. While our experience was great, there were a few areas that we felt was a little shame. Firstly the accommodations are located 5mins drive away and required shuttle bus to pick up (which was usually quite fast). But we heard there’s a new hotel that is aimed to be open by May 2026, which will make things a lot more convenient. Secondly, the breakfast could do with a little more variety, and a little more protein rich options- considering that it’s a sports resort. (There are also some secret menu items that’s available but not on the menu!) Forthly, we felt the class programming could have a little more options in timings, as there’s usually only 2-3 classes in the morning, and 2 at 4/5pm. Which means it will be a bit of a rush to head out after the morning sessions + a meal, and return before the first afternoon class. Lastly, there isn’t really much around the resort area, so you’d have to travel out for more restaurants and shops. The free bike rental was also good as it opens up a handful of options at the beach nearby, but don’t expect a lot from it. That said it’s still an amazing experience and we’d recommend for anyone looking to get away for a couple of days and get fit!
I went to Maraleina to try the new facilities and it did not disappoint. The place is beautiful, very clean, with brand new equipment. Everything you need is there, from ergs to weights (perfect to train for Hyrox!). Will definitely go back on my next trip to Samui.
