The mechanics' service was a complete disaster, absolutely appalling. I had an appointment at 8:30, arrived at 8:20, and was greeted by a girl who didn't speak English, so naturally she couldn't understand what I was saying. At 8:45, the so-called mechanics manager arrived, but he also didn't speak English. I waited in the waiting room, and at 8:50, the mechanics finally appeared. At 9:00, they came to have me sign a work order for a service including an oil change. I had come for an estimate (the appointment was made 15 days prior) because of a warning light on the dashboard. A third man who spoke three words of English tried to converse with me and finally understood what I wanted (at last). After waiting for over an hour, they told me that my vehicle had several problems, okay, but most importantly, that the front brake pads were very worn and needed replacing. I said okay, but the worst part is that my car was already back on the lift, ready to be returned to me. They never even asked me if I wanted them to change them right away—how is that even possible?! They're safety-critical parts. I had my brake pads changed elsewhere, and this proves once again (it's not the first time I've been disappointed) that this service is incredibly incompetent. They have no respect for schedules, no one speaks proper English, and the mechanics seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves than taking good care of the vehicles and customers. Seriously, if you're thinking of buying a Mazda, be aware that the service department is completely inadequate.

Very poor service, technical people are not technically fit for the cars. They include other services of MG cars. Before the service for pathetic now become more pathetic Service Mazda of Bangkok is best but for Samui very poor. Good car Good customer steering place but for car it's not good for service. I have so many cars of Mazda but it's look like the service are not good and upto marks. I hope company Mazda will do something on this. Others wise soon this things come into market and custom avoid to purchase Mazda. Try to understand service is also a part of company.

We had the good fortune to meet dealer customer relation expert Patcharawan Sootmuang who understood our requests & spoke impressive English. We needed to make an appointment for 3 days later. Fortunately the required parts were in stock. We were amazed by the comfort of the waiting room. Spacious, comfortable & a variety of snacks & drinks available. Again, very impressive. We're glad we made the decision to have our car serviced here & we'll definitely continue to come here. Very efficient service.
