One of the best healthy spots I’ve tried in Bo put. The concept is really well done: every meal includes the calories and macros (protein, carbs, fats), which is super convenient if you train or simply want to eat clean without guessing everything. What I liked most is that the food is actually very healthy BUT still tastes really good, often “healthy food” is bland, but not here. Portions are also generous and filling, while still feeling light and balanced afterwards. The wraps and bowls were fresh, high in protein, and very satisfying. Service was fast. Another big plus: they’re open almost all day, including mornings from 9am, which is perfect for breakfast, post-workout meals, or just a healthy lunch during the day. Prices are fair and not overpriced considering the quality, ingredients, and portion sizes. You can tell this place is made for people who care about fitness, health, or simply eating better without sacrificing taste. I’ll definitely come back 👍

A wonderful place for lunch or coffee! The food is delicious and well-balanced, excellent value for money! You never feel heavy afterwards, just satisfied and full. It's especially nice and convenient that the calories, fats, and carbohydrates are already calculated, so if you're tracking your diet in detail, there's no better place. The desserts deserve a special round of applause, and the coffee is excellent! I've been eating here 5-6 times a week for a month or more—that says a lot! Thank you, meal prep ❤️🙏🏽

Meal prep samui in chaweng is the best place on the island, maybe in the whole of thailand for affordable clean macro calculated food. Theyre quality and dedicated to heavy scrans is unparalleled. Me and my friends have been coming here nearly everyday for over a year and they are always consist with high quality food aswell as providing a great atmosphere for good craic. Shout out my home girl Rona for always providing a warm welcome everyday!
