I finished a 14‑day cleansing at New Body and Mind (Feb 2026) in Koh Samui, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely cared for. Everyone was kind, attentive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. During the fast, everything was thoughtfully prepared for us—fresh juices, mineral drinks, and broth—and the daily schedules were clearly laid out so we always knew what to expect. The staff was very attentive and accommodating, and you could really feel that customer care is a top priority here. One staff, member, Anchalee, even went above and beyond by helping me change a flight, which I truly appreciated. I came primarily for the fasting experience, but I ended up losing 20 lbs as well, which was a pleasant bonus (though not my main goal). Beyond the fasting, I really enjoyed the yoga sessions, morning walks, and massages—they added so much balance and calm to the experience. While I was there, I spoke with someone who had attended a different retreat in the same area and didn’t feel well taken care of. That conversation made me even more grateful for the level of attention and care at New Body and Mind. The director clearly emphasizes excellent customer service, and it shows in every interaction with the staff. Overall, this was a very pleasant, well-organized, and supportive retreat. I would absolutely return and would love to bring friends here one day to help them experience it as well. Highly recommend.
