Nicolazi Design

Nicolazi design is wonderful, I’ve used the products I bought for two months pre writing this review. The design is stylish and more importantly the usage is comfortable, sturdy and feels genuinely quality (function before form!). As for the customer service, it’s up level, from the storeroom visit to delivery to installation, my hand was held, clockwork service. I’m also the fool who found a loose bolt on the floor and assumed it was from one of my Nicolazi sun loungers, Nicolazi sent a technician the next day, and then I learned the bolt was unrelated, kudos to Nicolazi Design having excellent after purchase care.

Nicolazi Design Samui is the best outdoor furniture store on Koh Samui. The store staff is very nice and very helpful, but the most important thing is that the furniture they sell is beautifully designed and of very high quality. I bought two sunbeds which I am incredibly happy with, they are simply fantastic. So I recommend this store because it is certainly the best store on the island and one of the best in Thailand. Thank you for your help and making my purchase a pleasure.
