“Overall it was just a visit that didn’t meet the expectations I guess. The restaurant itself is just normal, nothing astonishing about it. I think the prices were pretty high for being Thailand. But the thing is, we can live with higher cost, and that the restaurant is not astonishing - but SERVICE is very important, which this placed really lacked. The staff didn’t welcome us, they didn’t seem happy to have customers. It felt like we were just a problem there to be honest…”

“We have eaten at Oliver's Steakhouse half a dozen times over the last two weeks. Everything we have eaten has been cooked to perfection, I recommend the ribeye, or just the beef patties, which if you are on a carnivore diet are a great choice. The staff are attentive, and the chef is very accommodating. Price is reasonable compared to a couple of steak houses at Fisherman's Village.”
“The steaks were mediocre compared to other places on the island. The set up is too open so the smoke from the grill overpowered the dining area. The owner is very nice. Overall, it's not on top of our return to spot.”
“Excellent flavors superbly and skillfully cooked up fine cut juicy tender well seasoned Steak(Rib-eye)… coleslaw-mashed potato to perfection. I got black peppercorn and blue cheese sauces both were bold full flavor great texture sauce. One of the rare place in Thailand that cook me up perfect med-rare. I don’t eat much meat any more and normally have indigestions from that. But last night I really had wholesome wonderfully cooked dinner of steak, mash,coleslaw… 2 red wines, and end with rich dark chocolate ice cream. Good sounds duo Band perform good originals and variety of covers. This is small business owner that operates and cook up good food. I support such and keep up the good work. Nice welcoming feeling from owner/chef and staffs. My Samui Steak place and will have to come again to try other dishes. The apple pie looks good and burgers too. Next time. Left back to hotel happy and satisfied with no indigestions and very content.”
“Olivers is a 5 star steakhouse without the price tag with the added bonus of a Sunday roast experience. The tenderloin steak was perfectly cooked med rare on the grill by chef who is well supported by the amazing kitchen staff and nothing is too much trouble friendly wait staff. They made me feel very special looking after me with clean healthy focused cooking as part of my strict dietary routine. Second visit in 1 week and i will be back. Thank you Olivers”
