“Review from a disappointed customer. I used this firm for two matters: obtaining a work permit and the accounting for an electric bike rental company. In both cases, my experience fell short of what I was told to expect. Work permit: I was told to expect a one-year permit, with invoices and written WhatsApp confirmations to that effect. I ultimately received a six-month permit. I know the final decision is up to the immigration officer, but I expected a firm to give me reliable information and realistic expectations. The process, quoted at one to one and a half months, took six. Accounting: the firm responded quickly about its monthly fees, but much less so when I asked a question, requested a change, or raised a sensitive matter (passport, work permit, official documents). I waited over a week with no reply on urgent items. When a disagreement came up, I stopped getting any reply at all. I kept the WhatsApp exchanges. I also found the billing high relative to the work delivered. This is my personal experience. For a project abroad, I would recommend a responsive local firm that is up-to-date on the country's regulations. Review from a disappointed client.
