“I have no idea who was those guests who wrote 1 stars reviews but… It is great place to live, relax and chill. Amazing swimming pool with crystal clear water, cozy clean and simple Thai style bungalows, friendly stuff, green garden around all mentioned above. We spent here a lovely week, and miss that place so much. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes, visit one of the best Thai food restaurants or go to massage. All places available just by foot.”

“Unfortunately my report is not good. Lets start with the owner. She's a highly strung neurotic loud mouthed obnoxious person with no idea how to talk to customers let alone run a resort. Every minute of the day she is shouting at her staff or her poor husband who is the complete opposite. Most of the time all you hear is her horrible voice. As for the rooms...they've seen better days, but our bed was quite comfortable. Everything is rather old with many fixtures and fittings having noticable damage. The resort is next door to Lomprahya ferry service.”
“What a strange experience at this resort. First of all the owner named Sugar gave us a very condescending, sarcastic and in general rude and extremely arrogant narrative on why she raised her prices when we tried to make a deal. She went nuts! As we are travelling by bicycle and it was getting late we stayed anyway as there is also a lovely swimming pool recently renovated by Sugar's husband who is the complete opposite in character. We stayed three nights in a room with one light working and broken toilet bum gun no TV! 900 baht. Anyhow this is the thing later we were acuse of breaking the lights and damaging a TV that didn't exist. Basically try a different resort.!”
“The worst place in Samui and the most horrible nightmare of your life. They hate customers. They scream at customers and make them cry. Never book this hotel. We had a disgusting experience with this place. The owner is not adequate. The roof was leaking, the rooms are dark and dirty, you can not switch on the light because the lamp bulbs were burnt out and nobody even thought to change them, curtains were so old and dirty, design of the space simply does not exist, lots of lizards inside the room and nobody takes care about this. Stairs are simply dangerous for life, stairs are so steep and narrow. At night dogs are barking and howling like you are in hell. In the morning you get woke up by the roar of the motors of the engine workshop next door. There was absence of WIFI. My dad broke his hand by stumbling on a root on the terrible path which was not lit, the lights are so terrible they are directed towards your face and he was blinded by the light. These are the wires sticking out of the ground, not the garden lamps. We spend the next day at the hospital. No excuses from the staff or the management. Once I have seen a young girl crying with the tears because she was refused to be given a shampoo. She could not wash herself after long tiring trip, although she rented one of the most expensive bungalows. The owner who is the manager is very rude, disrespectful and complacent. She use screaming as way to talk to you. She screamed at my family because we asked her to sweep the terrace which was dirty after a heavy wind. Daily cleaning simply does not exist at this place. Multiple times we had woken up because of the owner screaming on her clients, employees and family members. Conclusion: if you want to have the worst night mare of your life and stress, go ahead an book this place.”
“You get what you paid for. If you prefer a cheap and quite good accommodation, the cheapest bungalow is still good enough and very close to the pier, but still outside of the noising "city"/main street. For sure, you can pay more and you will get a better bungalow. However, the owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful by everything. We stayed in the resort for two nights and really enjoyed the time.”
