“Amazing food. Really good pizza pasta and dessert. I would recommend the funghi pizza. Everything we had was great. Good vibes also, a cute band played outside. The staff was super nice as well.”

“We visited Pi Samui Beach Restaurant to eat and relax. The location is beautiful and the place itself looks great, which is why it was disappointing that the overall experience didn’t match the setting. Especially considering the prices. First, the menus were in very poor condition. They looked like they had been soaked in water and dried again, wrinkled, worn, and not something you expect from a restaurant at this level. Small details like this matter more when you are paying premium prices. The food was not okay. The pasta bolognese I ordered was undercooked, which made it unpleasant to eat. We also ordered coconuts, and both seemed old or not fresh. The flesh was very difficult to scrape off, which usually indicates that it has been sitting too long. The service was also not particularly nice. It felt like the smiles were forced and not genuine, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. At one point I went for a swim with my child, and when we came back we were told not to sit on the chair to prevent future guests from getting the cushions wet. While we understand the concern, the way it was communicated didn’t feel welcoming. A better solution would have been to offer a towel to sit on, or move us to another table with chairs without cushions. We were not offered any alternative or choice. We had visited this place before quite some time ago, and the experience back then was completely different. There was an exceptional English gentleman who really represented the entire place. He greeted us with a genuinely warm smile and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt special because of his service, and that is one of the main reasons we decided to come back. Unfortunately, he was not there this time, and it seems that since then the service has dropped significantly and the overall quality has been lowered, while the prices remain the same. Service should never be underestimated, no matter what the customer orders. Good service is what makes guests feel welcome and is often the reason people choose to return. This place has a lot of potential because the location is genuinely beautiful. But when it’s not cheap, details matter, service, food quality, and overall professionalism. With some improvements, this could easily become a great spot again. For now, the experience did not live up to expectations.”
“Hard to impress me at a restaurant, but they did it. Absolutely insane service, very good trained staff 👏. Fast and friendly service. The drinks and the food came within minutes, even a lot of people where there. The Gambas were great, the oil awesome. My medium rare steak was on point, great beef. For a steak, seabass, 2 starters, several gin tonic and two desert in total about 6,000 baht is absolutely fair. I’ll come back. Only one recommendation: lower the music a bit, it’s way to loud. I nearly left the spot before ordering, because of the insane loud music.”
“Best kept secret on Koh Samui. Not sure there is a better beach location for a restaurant because it’s on a point so it has a huge beach in front of it that the kids can run around and play on. Great atmosphere with live music (I think most nights). Large menu selection and surprisingly great food. We were there on a night they had the free fire show, which the kids loved.”
“We came in the afternoon for coffee. Chilled Ibiza type music really relaxed. We came in the evening for food. Live music with a a quality singer. Kinda Lounge music. We had quesadia,Tom yum soup, pad Thai and satay chicken. All excellent only let down was fried baby octopus which was badly overcooked. Service was excellent.”
