“terrible service!! to the point where we don’t want to buy anything because we don’t want to give them commission. From the moment u walked in, it felt like we were intruding them. We were looking for speakers, no assistance, just glares as they watch us struggle to connect device to our phone. One speaker in particular we were looking for but it wasn’t working, it took the sales person a good 10 minutes to realize it wasn’t broken just not charged and when he realized battery is out, just said “yeah battery die” and walked away… i had to ask him to charge it or find a another device so we can hear sound quality but they are less than interested in helping.”
“Good sized store with big range of products,not the cheapest place to buy. Air conditioning was nice. Nit served once while in the store for 20 minutes despite picking up products and looking for help. All major brands here”
“The worst service. I bought new headphones on my birthday for the price of 12 000 bht Sony WHX 5m and i didnt try to use it inside the store. Next day i i try to connect this headphones to my Iphone but it didnt work at all (there was a problem with connection in headphones). I came to this store, but sellers said that it is not their problem and i have to go to service/Sony company. I asked to change this to similar headphones or to return my money, but they refused me in a rude form. I really do NOT recommend this store, because they are selling a defective goods.”
“If you're a foreigner, go upstairs instead. I was told I could transfer my Verizon service, but after buying the phone and transferring all my data, I found out it didn’t work — and the staff offered no help. Quick sale, no returns, no support. There are better options upstairs.”
