“3 nights at Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa with our wife and toddler daughter, coinciding with my wife's birthday, and the team delivered an exceptional experience from end to end. Pre-arrival, Hana from the Delighted to Serve team coordinated every detail across multiple emails: airport transfer with a baby seat, bottle steriliser in the room, hot water for formula, restaurant suggestions, local sightseeing guidance. Nothing felt like an effort. The birthday setup in the room with the decoration and complimentary cake was a lovely touch. Alice gave us a warm and efficient check-in. The Lamai Beach setting is beautiful, and the resort blends relaxed island energy with Marriott service standards very well. The rooms were spacious and the spa was luxurious. Highly recommend for families travelling with young children. Would return without hesitation. Special thanks to Hana, Sandy, and Alice.”

“What an absolutely incredible experience it was staying at Renaissance. From the very first step out of our transport, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and comfort by the front desk and concierge team. Even though our room was not quite ready at check-in, the staff made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of within the premises. It immediately set the tone for the rest of our stay. Everything throughout our visit was exceptional. The cleanliness of both our room and the entire property was immaculate. What truly elevated the experience were the little details. The team remembered our names, our morning coffee orders, and greeted us every single day with such sincerity and warmth. It made the entire stay feel incredibly personal and precious. A special thank you to Director Chin for ensuring our stay was nothing short of impeccable. To Lexi, thank you for the amazing recommendations and for making every conversation so easy and enjoyable. Alice, your attentiveness to every inquiry from check-in to our final moments did not go unnoticed. Bes, thank you for arranging all of our transports and excursions so seamlessly. Barry and Pook from the concierge team made every arrival and departure effortless, always ready to help with our bags and anything we needed. To the F&B team, Ningz, Odd, the breakfast chefs, and the wonderfully funny Woody, thank you for making every morning something to look forward to. To The Spa team, Pin for the amazing, absolutely best massage I’ve had in Thailand. And the Ploy for amazing morning stretching classes that boosts my energy during the stay. And of course, to the unsung heroes in housekeeping and by the pool maintenance who kept our room spotless every single day, your hard work truly made a difference. I am so sorry I cannot name everyone, but please know each of you contributed to making this stay so special. From the beautiful design inspired by the old Siam era, to the flowers and trees thoughtfully maintained throughout the property, everything carries a unique charm. It may not be the most ultra modern resort, but it is by far one of the most unique and character filled stays we have ever experienced. If you appreciate rustic elegance and heritage inspired design, this place is truly magical. This stay has completely raised my expectations for hospitality. What started as a perfect experience somehow ended even better than perfection. We will absolutely be back.”
“We visited the hotel for our honeymoon and were delighted by the environment and facilities. Moreover, we received a room upgrade to a spacious villa with private pool, sea view, and some custom decoration on the bed. The breakfast is a great selection of western and local delights. The management was very helpful and arranged a staff to help us take photo around the hotel. The staff also reacted very quickly when we accidentally fell in the staircase and offered their help to give first aid to avoid further swelling which is really really help a lot! Feels thankful to the resort☺️”
“Our stay at Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa was truly out of this world. Everything was absolutely beautiful, and what impressed us the most was the staff — their kindness, dedication, and level of care were unlike anything we have experienced before. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. The hotel is right on the beachfront, and we stayed in a beachfront villa with direct private access to the beach, which made the experience even more incredible. The room was spotless, and the bathroom in the villa was simply stunning — truly beyond words. The pool was fantastic, the cocktails were excellent, and we highly recommend the spa program and massages. Dinner at the restaurant with the sunset view was amazing and one of the highlights of our stay. The only thing we found a bit average was the breakfast, but everything else was exceptional. All in all, a wonderful experience and a hotel we would absolutely recommend.”
“Our stay at the Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa was truly wonderful. Traveling while my husband has a broken leg could have been stressful, but the hotel made everything incredibly easy and comfortable for us. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They thoughtfully selected a room that made it much easier for him to move around and even surprised us with an upgrade to a higher category, which meant a lot to us. I would especially like to thank Maiya, the hotel manager, who personally took care of our situation. She was incredibly caring and made sure everything was perfectly arranged for our comfort. We felt truly looked after — I can only highly recommend this hotel. This hotel is a perfect choice for fans of The White Lotus—I truly felt like I was in the show the entire time. The on-site activities are fantastic, and the beach is absolutely stunning. It’s honestly the most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve visited some truly amazing places before). The size of the resort is just right—not too large, but spacious enough for pleasant walks if you feel like exploring. The pools are gorgeous, and the beachfront offers complimentary kayaking and paddleboarding, which made the experience even more special. Every day, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink at the beachside pool, a thoughtful touch that really elevated the stay.”
