“Smoothies are sold at the bar by the pool on your site for 90 baht. However, these smoothies are made with very little fruit and lots of ice and syrup. These syrups, left in the sun, undergo a chemical reaction and pose a major health risk. I request that the use of these syrups be stopped immediately. I kindly request that management pay attention to the health of your guests.”

“We're staying at the Replay Pool Villa which is just across the street from the Replay Residence, but you have access to all the facilities that Replay Residence offers (gym, pool). The private villas are very modern and have their own private pool and lounge area which is very nice. The seaview never gets old, and the staff clean the room daily. I got this off AirBnB for a better price than Booking (almost have price!). Loving the life here.”
“The swimming pool is very disappointing. The water is filthy & if it dries on you or your clothing it stinks like smelly feet.. this is the dirtiest swimming pool I have ever seen in any hotel anywhere in the world ever.. it’s absolutely disgusting. The water is shallow so changing the water & cleaning the pool regularly should not be an issue.. and yet they do not. It’s basically a filthy foot bath that is never cleaned properly…. Which is also scary as it can create a multitude of various health issues.. in Europe this would get closed down as a health hazard. Avoid the pool in this place. People get sick from this.”

“This place is suitable for those who like peace and quiet, good atmosphere, but every time I go to the pool to swim, I smell people smoking, and every morning there are people coming out to smoke outside the balcony. The air-conditioned room and the bed will smell musty and moldy. The staff is very good. When we informed them that the air-conditioned room had a smell, she found someone to clean it, but the mattress would be difficult to clean.”
