Royal Beach Weddings

We were very dissatisfied with our hotel in lamai so we saw a deal for this hotel and decided to drive up to check it out. Mint met us and was more than happy to show us around and answer any questions. she also showed us the room we would get if we booked. she provides the best customer service we received this whole trip! So, we ended up booking for 3 nights and was very happy with the cleanliness, the amenities and the views. the included breakfast is also very good. The only 2 cons would be the beach: its nice to look at but it is not a swimmable beach.but lamai beach is only 5mins drive. the gym needs more weights and newer cardio equipment. The best thing about this place was the customer service. we were very impressed.

We booked a proposal package including four nights at this hotel – and it was simply perfect. The entire team, including the manager, was exceptionally friendly, warm, and always helpful. We were especially impressed by the proactive support and flexibility in planning the proposal. My ideas were brought to life with great attention to detail and even exceeded our expectations. The stay itself was also excellent – everything was comfortable and always clean. The staff was so lovely all the time! We highly recommend this hotel!

Great of you wish a relaxing and on budget resort. Staff was more than 5 stars, incredible service. Sunrise can be seen from the beach. Pool area is usually pretty quiet and one can make the most of it since it’s a boutique resort with not a lot of guests. Bathrooms could use a little modernist touch up, but other than that, it was a perfect stay ☺️.
