“I visited this salon for a manicure and pedicure. I was informed that the price would be 900 THB for the basic service with a light scrub or 1,200 THB for the full scrub and cleaning option. I agreed based on that information. After the service was completed, I was presented with a total of 1,700 THB. When I asked for clarification, I was told that aromatherapy had been included. I did not request or agree to any additional aromatherapy service, and this was not explained to me in advance. I am sharing this experience to inform others to clearly confirm all services and prices before the treatment begins. Clear communication and transparent pricing are important for customers to make informed decisions. Be aware!”
