We had a wonderful experience at Salaraj Spa in Koh Samui. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the spa itself was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. We were treated by three lovely ladies — Earth, Eva, and Bam — all of whom were warm, attentive, and highly skilled at what they do. I especially enjoyed the sports massage, which did wonders for releasing tension. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to any athlete or active person looking to recover and unwind. We left feeling completely relaxed and well cared for. Highly recommended!

Paid 1500 baht for hard nails but they kept falling off starting from the first day they were done. I went back to the shop 3 times when on Koh Samui with more nails falling off, but then I left the island and more fell off.. 8 in total. I kept in touch and told them I wasn’t happy. I asked for refund but they wouldn’t refund me. Do not get this done and beware they won’t give fair customer service / refund. Update : In response to your response - I have no idea what you’re talking about, I did not refuse any buffing. The nails were definitely buffed. You can actually SEE in the photos that the nails are buffed! If anything I think buffing makes them too smooth and that will help the nails fall off. I actually suggested rough buffing with a nail file instead of a smoother for extra texture to help the nails stick. Either way, your claim is incorrect and - the nails were buffed. This makes no sense about a guarantee period either, the nails fell off from day 1 and you fixed it. So why would I ask straight away. Then it kept happening so that’s when I asked for the refund. I never had a full set of 10 nails, not for one day. I reported the issues 4 times. Within a short space of time. You clearly should have refunded me.

Great saloon with very kind staff. Very clean environment. Beam has magic hands. Definitely coming back for another massage tomorrow. Amy and Kat were also great says my parents who had them. Thank you!!
