I visited yoga with for beginners and I’m in love with it. We started with some breath work, which is good and helps you to connect with your mind. All asanas are so gentle! So if you’re not flexible like me, you’ll feel the difference after the class. Don’t worry if you’re more advanced, you gonna enjoy it anyways.
I love that place! Classes and teachers are nice and professional 🙏🏻❤️ I go to yoga and qigong classes. In fact the whole Samaya resort is great! Lots of flowers and greens. Very natural 🍀 They also have beautiful events and master classes. Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you for gentle yoga with an experienced teacher. For beginners, this is a good opportunity to start practicing yoga in a harmonious atmosphere on the roof of the building! I recommend 🙏
