“​I strongly advise anyone visiting Koh Samui to avoid booking with this operator. If you value your money and expect even a basic level of professional integrity, look elsewhere. ​I booked a tour with them three weeks in advance. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel and provided 48 hours' notice. Despite this reasonable timeframe, the company refused to provide a refund. ​Here is why you should be wary: ​Hidden Terms: Their website mentions nothing about a cancellation policy. However, when I asked for my money back, they suddenly claimed their policy requires a minimum of 72 hours' notice for a refund. ​Zero Flexibility: They refused a partial refund and would not even provide a voucher for a future trip. ​Insulting "Resolution": After much back and forth, they offered a measly 10% credit towards a future booking. Offering to take more of my money after keeping 100% of my initial payment is an insult. ​It is clear this company prioritizes a quick "grab" of cash over customer satisfaction and transparency. There are plenty of reputable tour operators on the island who are honest about their terms—this is not one of them. ​Save yourself the headache and the money. Stay away!”

“We booked two private transfers with this operator (Phuket–Koh Samui and Koh Samui–Surat Thani) and were disappointed with the overall experience. The Phuket–Koh Samui transfer took almost 11 hours, although the website indicated a duration of around 7 hours. This was mainly due to a long wait (about 90 minutes) for the ferry, which was not clearly communicated in advance. During the transfer, we experienced delays and stops without sufficient explanation. Communication via WhatsApp was slow and unclear, and when we raised concerns about the waiting time, the responses were not helpful. After this experience, we requested to cancel the return transfer, but were informed that part of the service was non-refundable. The return transfer itself was on schedule, but only after we repeatedly requested detailed confirmation of ferry timings, as we were connecting to a flight. Based on our personal experience, we would not choose this operator again and would not recommend it to travelers who value clear communication and efficient transfers.”

“Quick response to messages and easy booking process online. We originally booked trip to see pink dolphins and pig island in koh samui, unfortunately we couldn’t go to the dolphins due to weather conditions, but where given the option to change date, or change to another trip which was just over to pig island and snorkelling on the same date. We decided to change to the other trip on same day due to limited days on samui, and received partial refund for the difference in cost of the 2 excursions which was great! Well organised trip, brilliant staff and really good quality lunch provided also! 10/10 highly recommended tour operators!”
