“As a Thai traveler with direct experience using the shared van shuttle and ferry transfer service at Samui Airport to Koh Phangan, I had a very disappointing experience. The van driver dropped me at the wrong pier. What made it even more frustrating was that before leaving the van, I specifically asked whether he wanted to check my ticket first, and he said there was no need. As a result, I ended up at the incorrect pier and had to urgently book a motorbike taxi myself just to make it to the correct ferry on time. Afterward, I checked the company’s Google reviews and was not surprised to see a rating of only 1.7 stars. I have requested a refund for the van transfer and will continue pursuing the matter with the company. More importantly, this service represents one of the very first experiences many tourists have upon arriving in Thailand. The tourism authorities should not allow a service provider with such consistently poor reviews to operate at the airport — especially not in a way that effectively monopolizes the service. It damages Thailand’s image and reputation at a time when the country is working hard to elevate the quality of its tourism industry. Frankly, it is an embarrassment to the country and to the many Thai people who genuinely care about delivering warm, professional hospitality.”

“Disappointing service at KSM arrival airport exit. We were approached to use their service and paid for it for 2 pax (140THB each) and told to sit and wait. There was no further communication how long we had to wait. About 30 minutes later we asked only to find out it was a shared service and the had to wait for more people going to the same zone before we can drive off. The guy then told us to get a refund and go back to another location to do it at the same cost with a taxi leaving immediately. Then we were told we had to pay more to get a private hire. All in a pretty frustrating experience with complete communication breakdown”
“Ok, we should’ve ordered the limo from the hotel, yes, but we didn’t think smackone would be this bad and gave it a shot. We paid for the 1500 limo to Conrad koh samui, guess what showed up to take us there, it was a minivan meant for 10 people. Oh god, the ride was painful as the seats were just horrible. You’d think that if we paid for 2 man ride at 1500 baht they’d give us a more comfy ride like a SUV or something, not the case. I wanted to give it a 0 stars, but the driver was nice and friendly, he was also easy to communicate to and let us off at a 711 to grab some drinks and chips before we head to the hotel, so the 2 stars are given to the driver.”
“It’s a scam, pre-booked taxis from hotel way cheaper and better or just walk to the exit of the airport with a signboard that says “ private taxis” . Is this company owned by some higher up in Koi Samui? Cause they are so slow and rude service they just don’t care. Hope the gov fixes this issue. They made us wait so long then cancel by simply saying “ refund”’refund”. and that crazy woman “tried” to scold us and snatch the ticket form us but I don’t take bs from service providers so she just scurried off. Just go ahead of the baggage claim to a signboard that says “Private Taxis” , you will find plenty of big and small taxis with a cheaper price similar to their rides and less hassle. Don’t even bother, the rating speaks for it self.”
