“I initially paid a 3,000 THB deposit for a screen replacement. When the repair did not work, I was asked to pay another 3,000 THB. At that point, I was told that the police would be contacted if I did not pay, even though the repair had failed and I had previously been told I would receive a refund if it did not work. A lower-resolution, incompatible screen was installed by the technician on his own initiative, even though it was clearly stated beforehand that a lower-resolution screen would not be compatible. As a result, the display flickered and did not function correctly. The technician also changed the display cable unnecessarily, which did not fix the problem. When I asked for my original display cable to be returned, I was initially told it would not be given back because I “had not paid for it”. The cable was only returned later. I also asked for a receipt, which the technician refused to provide. This experience caused significant stress, extra cost, and loss of trust, as the original screen that has to be replaced now costs over 12.000 THB, without a service fee... I would not recommend this technician for laptop repairs, especially for screen replacements that require basic technical knowledge and proper responsibility.”
