“I normally write reviews after I have left an establishment but I found this place perfect for me. The reception staff have been fantastic Got an early check-in that was great. Staying in a villa very nice modern clean and super comfortable. The whole place is so clean and well taken care of. You are right on Cheweng beach. Breakfast was good a variety of foods to choose from. I highly recomend this hotel for sure.”

“The room (No.: 403) was dirty on arrival, but after we reported it to the reception, they cleaned it tomorrow morning and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. After that, it was kept clean every day. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, and a nice mix of European and Thai dishes. We really enjoyed the variety and the beachside location of the restaurant. The staff was always helpful, kind and polite with us. The male receptionist spoke very good English and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The hotel team made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The à la carte food was also delicious, especially the Thai dishes we ordered. Presentation and portion size were both satisfying. The beach was clean and good, even though the water had a bit of algae. Compared to other beaches on the island, this one was still one of the better and calmer spots. We really appreciated being able to relax there. The happy hour cocktails were tasty and came with a good discount, a perfect way to enjoy the sunset by the sea. The only thing I didn’t like was the coffee at breakfast, it was quite bad, and there was no alternative milk (lactose-free or plant-based options). This would be easy to improve for guests with dietary needs. Altogether, it was a very good experience. A lovely hotel with a beautiful tropical garden, nice rooms, and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it.”
“Was slightly concerned reading the mixed reviews, However this Hotel was a Lovely find, right on the beach, and minutes from the "strip", or if you wanted quieter, you turned left up the beach for the fire shows and plethora of restaurants. The rooms were large spacious, modern, the beds were likely the comfiest we have ever slept in. AC worked really well. Gardens well kept, the Koi carp pond, was a nice find. Food and beverage offers (breakfast a tad limited). Everything else great prices and something for everyone, with lots of choice. Staff couldn't do enough for us. The old question of would we stay again, absolutely...”
“Super satisfied with our stay here for 6 nights on high season. We booked a beach view villa (only 2 exist) and altough it wasn't cheap (around 1k USD) it made every penny count. The villa itself has a spacious balcony to enjoy sipping your coffee in the morning and admire the beach. Room was super clean and daily maintenance brought many fresh towels and beach ones too. Water pressure is great and temperature reaches hot very quickly. Walk to the beach takes 30 seconds and you get free umbrella and sunbeds. Staff was very friendly, hats off! They assisted us always with everything we asked. Place is quiet, saw only one infant around. Atmosphere is relaxing and cool. You are in walking distance of everything, even the Mall here in Chaweng. The major downside is the restaurant because breakfast is very very poor and also the menu is lacking a lot. Also the rooms have no closets for your stuff so you will need to improvise a lot unfortunately. Another minus was an ant infestation (eeny weeny thai ants) which lived in the wooden coated walls and attacked everything edible you left on the main tray in the room. For its location and service this hotel really deserves all the attention and I highly recommend it. Cheers from Transilvania, Romania.”
“We had a fantastic stay here, waking to a sunrise on chewang beach with breakfast going as early as 7 was great. staff were super helpful in organising flower decorations and a cake in our room for my partner's birthday in couple of hours. Service was 10/10. Comfy beds spacious rooms. Massage huts next to the sunbeds. It was a great experience.🙏🌸.”
