“Just avoid this place – not worth it I live 2 minutes away from Samui Teerak and still decided to stop going. That says a lot. First of all, there’s no A/C. It gets ridiculously hot inside, especially during the day. You’ll be dripping with sweat before you even start your workout. Second, the equipment is super old and barely works. Machines are often broken or just feel unsafe to use. It honestly felt like they haven’t updated anything in years. But the worst part? The lady at the front desk. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a gym before. She’s constantly giving people bad looks and acting like you’re a problem just for walking in. One time she told me I hadn’t paid when I absolutely had — then asked me to pay again. Total scam vibes. It was uncomfortable every single morning. There are way better gyms in Koh Samui with decent equipment, A/C, and staff who actually treat you like a human being. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.”

“Gym with great equipment to have a good workout. Due to not having proper AC, I'm giving four stars. Fans helped a bit in between the sets but it was still a very sweaty workout. 😁”
“A great gym with all the equipment you need. The space is quite small but it never felt overcrowded, and I always managed to get the equipment I needed. Clean, loads of fans (although on a hot day they won’t help like an AC), and I also appreciate that the floor is hard and not covered with a gym mat-like material. No changing rooms though, I changed in the shower, plus nowhere to put a big bag”
“after hearing so many bad reviews, i decided to test it myself and let’s be honest, the gym is not the best but is not the worst at all! it has almost every machine that you need i mean you’re on holidays so you don’t expect a perfect premium gym right? it has good weights, bars.. etc and yeah no aircon but they have so many fans that i get it’s not the same but u can workout, they provide you towels and it’s usually empty so you can workout very quietly. if you’re on holidays and you have it close I’d recommend it”
“Amended review… Having been a few times now I can see why others dislike it. The weights are never tidy, the gym doesn’t supply towels and doesn’t have air on which is gross really. There should be towels! I’ve seen a guy training a few women and if he’s the gym PT he needs firing because he is teaching them appealing bad form and will end up injuring them. New review - 2* Original review… A perfectly fine gym for holiday use if you want a few workouts. There are better on the island but if you’re close and looking for a workout space that’s cheap and accessible then it’s fine. It was super quiet when I went, the dumbbells go pretty high up on weight too which is good if you’re bodybuilding. Yes it’s not brand new, yes it’s not full of brand new equipment but it is cheap and close by which is a big win.”
