Samui Utopia

Really nice place, check in was ok, room wasnt ready as we arrived early so sat by the beach. When room was ready, the receptionist showed us around. Spacious and clean. No faults. We were in the pool view room upstairs. Nice views no one over looking. Staff all attentive and looked after you. Quiet and no loud music, outside of resort is straight into the night life. They offered they're own taxi service to various places, which we used as it was cheaper than grab. Definately recommend staying here, but get a room towards the beach

Great location, and clean room. Staff were very friendly. Access to the beach was great! However a/c was not good and the shower pressure was bad.

Unfortunately our room starting smelling like sewage shortly after we arrived. We notified the staff that we would be leaving early and requested a refund and they agreed, but since then they claimed that they submitted the refund but booking.com has not received anything from them and will not refund us. This is really unfortunate since we now double paid to find a room at another hotel.
