“Shankara is as good as it gets. Truly as close as you could get to perfection. They have thought of everything from amenities to facilities. There is everything one would need for an exceptional holiday retreat. You could stay there the full week without ever leaving the premises. The attention to details, from the staff to the decoration in the rooms and throughout the property is truly exceptional. It has been built and designed with impeccable taste. The food (especially the Thai!) is the best I have had on the island. Spy and Irufan along with the rest of the staffing team have made Shankara a real paradise.”

Service and the team were top notch, thoughtful and well-organised. The food was very authentic, delicious but very healthy. They were always available, incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to make everything possible. My daughter adored them! Their care and dedication made us feel at home right away. The rest of the team, including Ja, Juki, and all the staff, were equally wonderful — so kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. I surprised my husband with a birthday dinner with friends, and thanks to Spy and Irufan it became an unforgettable evening. Every wish was fulfilled with such thoughtfulness and attention to detail. They created pure magic and made the night so special for us. We will definitely be coming back — this place is a true hidden gem!”
