“We booked Sans Souci Samui just one day before our arrival and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Initially, we thought Chaweng might be too touristy, but the hotel is perfectly located at the quiet end of the beach, away from noise and crowds. The staff welcomed us warmly, the rooms are clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Breakfast is à la carte, included in the price, and served right on the beach with the sound of the waves – simply magical. From its charm, location, and service, we will definitely come back. A truly wonderful place for a relaxing stay!”

“We are currently trying to contact the staff regarding the possibility of rebooking our stay. Unfortunately, due to the recent flight cancellations in the Middle East, we are unable to reach the destination as planned. We have made several attempts to contact the property to discuss possible options for moving our reservation to another date when travel becomes possible again. However, we have not received any response so far, and it has been very difficult to get in touch with anyone. We completely understand that unexpected situations happen, but we would greatly appreciate any communication or assistance regarding the possibility of rescheduling our stay. At the moment, it feels like our messages are being ignored, which is quite frustrating given the circumstances.”
“Overall, my stay was good and I really enjoyed the room, the cleanliness, and the beautiful view. This place truly has the potential to be a hidden gem. The only thing that stood out negatively was the communication with the hotel staff. The breakfast staff didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand even basic requests, which made things a bit difficult. In general, the atmosphere sometimes felt like being in someone’s home without really being invited”
“Loved the dog that comes w the hotel!! Absolutely loved this hotel super cosy but luxurious at the same time. The private beach is a 20 sec walk from the room and breakfast was 10/10. The bed was very comfy. Staff a little awkward but sweet”
“I stayed in the Deluxe Beachfront room for 3 nights. While the view of the beach was absolutely breathtaking and the highlight of my stay, the rest was disappointing. The mattress and pillows were HORRIBLE ,I ended up with severe back pain, and the room interior felt more creepy than cozy. Beautiful view, but not worth the discomfort.”
