“Simply amazing, right on the beach with minimal people. Ours to enjoy mostly on our own. Our only mistake was that we should have stayed longer. The villas were modern and new and very comfortable. The private plunge pool was a welcome relief returning at the end of the day. These villas are close to all amenities that we required including walking distance to 7 Eleven and fruit stores. Laundry service across the road and some nice restaurants nearby. Could not rate these properties highly enough and definitely plan to return.”

“We stayed here in December 2023 and loved it. The location, decor, and facilities are amazing and for us this felt like a luxury stay. Easy check in and check out and very clean. The view from the bedroom on the mezzanine floor in a morning was stunning. It is in a quieter area than some of the more tourist spots - plenty of beach restaurants and bars but if you want to be visit a busier area you can easily order a taxi. We would definetely recommend and look forward to staying again.”
“We were the fortunate folk to be the first ever “residents” at Sarana Beach Villa. The decor, the ON beach location,private pool and Deb and Ricky’s warm welcome made a very memorable holiday for us. Great variety of restaurants within easy walking distance, plus a pharmacy and a 7-Eleven. Khun Yips little restaurant directly across the road is superb - so cheap and delicious, plus she happily delivers your meal. The nearby laundry service shop added to the genuine Thai experience !”
“Blown away by the fabulous location, right on the beach, There are great bars and eating places within close walking distance. The villas are well equipped, modern and very light and airy. We stayed a month and it was absolute bliss. Highly recommended”
“It was like Chaweng beach 50 years ago, before it became so popular. This Villa (one of three) is just fabulous! Peaceful, quiet and private. You have your own beach. You have a great variety of restaurants either side of you. You have all the delights of Koh Samui without the frenetic life of living in the populous areas. The Villa and beach are just beautiful. The lovely person who cleans the villas also provides the most wonderful massages and will also cook if required.”
