“I ❤️ this authentic Thai-style hotel. The resort is so beautiful surrounded by nature and seaside. Great location for quiet and peaceful relaxation. One of the very best Sunsets in Koh Samui. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. This is my third time returning and will be many more in the future for sure. Strongly recommended! 👍😍😁”

“We stayed at Sasitara Thai Villas for a little over a month, and from the very first moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is something special. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, largely thanks to the genuinely friendly and smiling staff. The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a traditional Thai style, with lots of wood, greenery, palm trees, and coconut trees, creating a calm and cozy environment that immediately helps you relax. We stayed in several different rooms during our time there, and each one had its own unique and authentic character. This made our stay even more enjoyable, as every room felt like a slightly different experience while still maintaining the same level of comfort and care. It’s a great way to feel connected to Thai culture while enjoying all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its quiet and secluded location. The area is very peaceful, and while airplanes do pass overhead during the day, it’s important to note that they do not fly at night. Since this is an island with a limited number of flights, you quickly get used to it, and it did not negatively affect the quality of our stay at all. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and direct access to the beach. The beach itself is not very large and not ideal for long swimming sessions, but a big plus is the free access to kayaks, including double kayaks, which adds a lot of value and enjoyment. The staff truly deserves special mention. Everyone is kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The administrator Ou is especially wonderful — incredibly caring, supportive, and professional. Many staff members speak very good English, which makes communication easy and ensures you can get all the information and help you might need. After spending about a month and a half here, we can confidently recommend Sasitara Thai Villas both for short-term stays and for a longer winter stay. The hotel also offers the option to rent villas on a monthly basis at very reasonable prices compared to other parts of the island, which makes it an excellent choice for long-term living as well. Overall, this is a place we would happily return to and sincerely recommend to others looking for a calm, authentic, and comfortable stay in Thailand.”
“Looks a lovely villa, but there’s only air conditioning in your bedroom not the whole villa! There is no hot running water to wash your hands! No soap either to wash your hands,I had to ask for some!! No access to a beach only the sea where the dirty river runs into! The dirty river runs parallel with the villas so you can see it in its highlight (not welcoming)”
“Lovely 3 night stay in Chaba 102 with private pool at very reasonable cost. Big clean room & private patio with pool- excellent shower. Bar drinks & beer reasonable & an amazing banana daiquiri! Sunset views incredible! Main pool & lounging area great. Staff super friendly- love the breakfast guy! Cons: not really walkable to anything & bed a bit hard. Otherwise, good value for price in this traditional Thai style accommodation.”
“We had a nice stay in an upstairs room, it was a traditional Thai style. The pool was beautiful and the best sunsets. The staff at reception were amazing, at the restaurant the staff were very preoccupied by their phones and often ignored us, mostly when we needed something. Drinks were very expensive and topped with the bad service we were disappointed. At least sunsets were great. Careful on the beach it’s not good at all for swimming, it’s dirty, shallow and lots to cut your feet on.”
