Horrible Service - I hate writing poor reviews but honestly this company have been horrible to deal with. Forgotten orders, wrong orders and the last time I emailed them they said they were on vacation and would get back to me. It never happened. This is typical of company with exclusive distribution. It might be a better experience for you if you are a big business but for a solo operator with a few hundred thousand baht to spend, they don't have much interest. Sad that a few good brands like Life Fitness, Escape, Hammer are represented by this company. Good luck dealing with them...
