“Really impressed with this hotel for our family stay over Christmas. The staff went above and beyond to make the place feel festive, and the breakfast/lunch restaurant was brilliant with great service throughout our stay. Rooms were very spacious and clean, with nice touches like beach bag and towels, umbrellas etc. The pool area is also huge and right on the beach with more than enough sun loungers. The hotel has a massage spot on the beach too, which is worth a visit and reasonably priced. Gym a little dilapidated and in need of some TLC, but has enough machines in there.”

“We are 3 adults with 2 12yo children and absolutely loved it at the Samui Buri. The location is more local and away from the more touristy spots. The rooms are comfortable and very clean and the staff is super friendly. We initially booked a hotel on Lamai beach but it was nuts there, far more touristy and full of bars so we literally sucked up the full cancellation and moved here. The beach is wonderful with a view of Koh Pha Nangen and there are many local restaurants and an open market within walking distance.”
“Here’s a more casual and friendly version of your review for Samui Buri Beach Resort: We had such a great stay at Samui Buri Beach Resort! The service was really good, and the staff were super welcoming and friendly the whole time. The beach is beautiful and very calm — perfect if you just want to relax and enjoy some peaceful time. Having a private beach makes it even better. The resort area is well maintained and has a very relaxing vibe. There’s also a gym and a nice restaurant with a big variety of food, so you always have good options. The rooms are spacious and cleaned very well every day. Overall, a lovely place for a relaxing holiday. Would definitely come back! 🌴😊”
“Security and hygiene were the main concerns during our stay. The parking area was poorly lit, with a bad fence, and there was often no security guard present. Cameras didn’t seem to be working either, which didn’t feel safe. Breakfast was also disappointing — vegetables looked dirty, and there were small flies around the fruits almost every day. Coffee machines kept breaking, so even a simple coffee in the morning was a struggle. Prices inside the hotel are very high compared to the quality of service. Overall, it feels like the hotel prioritizes profit over guest comfort Not recommended❗️”
“Excellent hotel. Very clean and the rooms were enormous. Staff was very friendly and the entire place had a very warm friendly vibe. Several great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Low key vibe on the area which we loved. Not sure if kid friendly, seemed a little better suited for adults. Wide variety of food choices for breakfast and you get to enjoy breakfast by the ocean. Some of the other reviews mentioned the hotel could use some updating but there was nothing that took away from the experience. Definitely recommend!!!”
