“Beautiful property. Our 3rd visit, close to great shopping (night market next door) and restaurants (try Nana Tam down the street - we ate there 6 times!!)!! The property bar has excellent "happy hours" and fun food events. The staff are exceptional, particularly Mew. She was professional and friendly and always willing to assist with any of our inquiries. The rooms are spacious, SUPER clean and quiet.The AC works very well. The safe is actually connected to a wall. There is a small fridge in the room and coffee supplies. GREAT breakfast included. Love the private plunge pool! VERY comfortable bed and lots of pillows! The property has 2 large pools plus a fun kids pool. Lots of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this resort!”

“Just stayed at this resort earlier this May, and it was such a private, lush, and cozy getaway. We stayed in a massive 2-story Family Pool Villa right by the beach, the views every morning and evening were incredibly relaxing. It comes with a private pool right out front and a jacuzzi on the second floor. I honestly didn't want to go home! The room was super comfortable, the breakfast buffet had an amazing variety, and the staff took such great care of us. It’s absolutely worth the money. Highly recommended!”
“Terrific stay at Pavilion and highly recommend. The resort was very clean, and the staff went above and beyond. Such hard working people too. Thank you for your amazing services. I especially loved the pools and beach. They had a security guard too so I had no worries of my stuff getting stolen while I was swimming. My only con was that one staff member who always poked so unhappy whenever I saw him, especially on the steak night event on Thursday’s. I had taken a look at the meats they had laid out on display but noticed the rib eye had run out so I said “no more ribeye”? There were three staff members anroind the grill and he yelled out with an angry tone “Coming, wait!). I just looked at him and left to my table. The rest of the time he avoided our table and instead the older gentleman Thandi helped us. He was amazing. So attentive and knew what we needed even before we did lol. This hardworking man deserves a huge kudos. He made the stay more memorable. Thank you Thandi.”
“I wasn’t staying at the hotel; I was staying at another hotel in the Lamai area that doesn’t have its own beach. On the first day, while walking along the road, I found this place and asked if I could use their beach. They told me I could rent a sunbed and umbrella for 500 baht, which they would take as a deposit and use as a spending credit. I used the beach, ordered food worth 500 baht, paid 540 baht with taxes, and left very satisfied that day. I really enjoyed the seafood pasta I had there. Two days later, when I went back, they told me the beach was very crowded and fully occupied by hotel guests, and that they couldn’t offer the same arrangement again. They asked me to leave the sunbed I was sitting on. Either this should be a policy they apply consistently, or not at all — because I came to this beach trusting that arrangement, and I might not have been able to find another umbrella and sunbed elsewhere. Although the staff member apologized several times, I still had to get up and leave, and I went to a much more affordable beach next door. Being asked to leave like that was not pleasant at all.”
“We stayed at the Pavilion for a week and loved it from the moment we arrived. The staff are very attentive and helpful, taking excellent care of their guests. The room and plunge pool are breathtaking. Really very large and the bed is extremely comfortable. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is located right on a wonderful beach and there are sun loungers provided by the hotel. Also it is right next to Lamai Night Market and a lot of posisbilities to eat and relax. There are two pools and a children's pool. We are more than satisfied and will definitely come back. We have already recommended it to our whole family and friends.”
