“I am on Koh Samui island with my family for vacation, and one of my kids accidentally broke a nose piece off his glasses. We stopped by Specs Optics after driving by and seeing them! The staff was very friendly, polite and professional. I asked if they could fix the nose piece. They said yes, and had it done in about 10 minutes. When I asked how much to fix them, the staff said free! I was so shocked. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.
