“Terrible experience. I came to this Studio 7 with my MacBook Air for a warranty repair and they simply refused to accept it, claiming that “it can’t be repaired because it was bought in Spain.” That is completely false. At Studio 7 Lotus (Samui) they actually did their job, registered it in the official iCare system without any issues, and my Mac is now on its way to Bangkok for repair. Here, they just didn’t want to work. They wasted my time, gave me incorrect information, and made the whole process unnecessarily difficult. Very bad experience. I absolutely do not recommend this store.”

“During my trip in Thailand, I unfortunately broke my iPhone, prompting me to visit a nearby shop in search of a replacement. (the damage was irreparable :D). Checking their website beforehand, I discovered they didn't have the specific model I wanted, the iPhone 15 Pro 256GB in stock at their location. Nevertheless, I decided to visit them, perhaps considering alternative options. When I arrived there, they were just unpacking new stock :), and to my luck, they had the exact model I wanted:) they also took the initiative to prepare tax refund documents for me, a gesture I appreciated, especially since it was done without my prompting, so far my experience with them was quite positive.”
