“Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I thoroughly enjoyed my month-long stay at this villa in Thailand. The staff were incredibly friendly, and any language barriers were easily managed using Google Translate or by speaking with Kittabrun, who speaks excellent English and was always happy to help. I stayed in one of the bungalows with a private pool, which was a perfect size and ideal for relaxing. There’s also a shared full-length pool available if you fancy a proper swim – both pools were always clean and well maintained. The garden surrounding the bungalow was private, spacious, and secure – we even felt comfortable leaving items outside with no issues. The groundsman and maids were fantastic – super friendly and very efficient. Any minor issues that popped up during the stay were quickly resolved without hassle. I had read some reviews mentioning insects, but we had no real problems during our stay. In four weeks, we spotted just two insects inside and a few mosquitoes early on. As long as you avoid leaving doors open, you’ll be absolutely fine. The complex itself has a very relaxed, peaceful vibe. Even in shared areas, it often felt like you had the place to yourself. The WiFi was strong and reliable throughout my stay, which made working remotely smooth and stress-free. Netflix was also available in the bungalow, perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The location is great – just a 10-minute drive or a 30-minute walk to Chaweng Beach. Scooters are cheap and easy to rent, but if that’s not your thing, Grab taxis (like Uber) are available. I’d also recommend hopping on a local tuktuk from the main road – most places can be reached for just 100 baht per person, which is a real bargain. A special mention goes to the cats living on the property – they became part of the experience. They’re no trouble at all unless you choose to befriend them with food! Overall, the villa offers excellent value for money compared to similar properties on the island. I’m already looking forward to returning next year.”

“We spent 3 months here a nice time. There were 2 small "problems" at the beginning, but these were solved immediately! The pool was well maintained and the cleaning staff was helpful and friendly. Our rooms were well cleaned and the cleaning ladies are very friendly too. We can't understand the bad reviews. We felt comfortable in the whole facility. 😊 The billing was fine, the cution was revoked with the electricity consumption. All good. 👍🏻 We can recommend the Living! 👍🏻”
“We had a great time at Living Pool Villa. Samui now everywhere is expensive but this place gives feeling of cozy, easy going and relax to stay. Room is very big surrounded with beautiful trees with the space to cook and eat or chill during the day. We stayed at Villa2 and feeling like stay at friend’s home. Owner, Krittibun with his team take care with proactive mindset with good service mind. Closed to 7-11 it is very convenience”
“Absolutely terrible hotel. They have attempted to hide all their negative reviews by changing their name on Google and saying its was 'before renovation' so I strongly recommend you check the reviews on their original listing to get a more accurate picture of what you'll experience staying here. I wish I had read all the bad reviews before my stay! The place is like a ghost town, not a single guest in sight. It was eerily empty and I felt so uncomfortable that I chose not to stay here in the end. Of course, they never returned my money even though I cancelled the booking because they misrepresented the property online. They have no interest in looking after guests or doing the right thing. Nearby is many nice hotels for an even cheaper price so read the reviews and make the decision for yourself.”
