The New French Kiss

The New French Kiss sets a high bar—and clears it comfortably. Tony is an exceptional host. No theatrics, just sharp awareness, good timing, and genuine care. You feel looked after without it ever becoming intrusive. That’s professional hospitality. The food is superb. Well-balanced, properly executed, and clearly built on quality ingredients rather than gimmicks. Each plate lands exactly where it should—confident and clean. The setting does a lot of heavy lifting too. The view is outstanding, and it elevates the whole experience from “good meal” to something more memorable. At one point I was even fishing directly from the restaurant—caught a squid, returned it (we’d already eaten and were heading out), but it says everything about the place. It’s not just dinner, it’s an experience. Bottom line: The New French Kiss isn’t trying too hard—it just gets it right.

Ate here one night after completing all of the restaurants at the Conrad. The food was fresh, had nice flavours and came very quick. If you want a nice location looking out to the ocean , good local food (with European options available) it’s worth popping down. We had squid and spring rolls to start Chicken penang curry Chicken and cashew nut Noddles with shrimp Which came with 2 large portions of rice Profiterolls and the frozen macron And a couple of drinks which came to B2100 which was quite pricy for local food but a lot cheaper than the Conrad

This restaurant is amazing, the food is so so good. We tried a Pad Thai and French fries and were the best of all our trip. The place is so magic and authentic, you can have the bests sunsets there. Also, the staff is so nice and they have some little doggy’s super cute. I recommend a lot this restaurant, we will repeat for sure!
