“The hotel is falling apart, would not book again! The pictures do not show the condition this place is in. The only thing giving this place a star is their staff that is kind. Bedsheets with stains and holes, towels falling apart. The rooms did not work: keycard was not working, tv remote was gone, staff gave me the only key to the room, so cleaning could only be done when I was there. The place is noisy and you hear everything even the wind. breakfast so boring and consisted of some scrambled eggs, toast , fried rice with eggs and 2 different fruits. In total should just be avoided, the only thing giving this place a star is the staff that is super kind and helpful. The distance is not too bad, takes about 20 minutes to walk to the central part. The hotel is falling apart, is noisy and in very bad condition. Do not trust the pictures, I would not book again!”

“Bad experience i have booked sea view room and paid premium price and after the check in i got no sea view. Just trees are there I am on my honeymoon and you have made my experience very bad”
“A disaster, not recommended, especially not under these conditions! Everything is old and run-down. The location is good, but that's about it. A shame, I can't recommend it. The staff, as always in Thailand, were incredibly friendly and attentive!”
“When arrived at the hotel my first impression was "oh this is an old building". As travelling with a friend on a wheelchair I just wished that the room will be ok. Our room was upgraded for easier access and it was by the pool. Thanks. It was good but can be better if it is well maintained. Towels needs to be replaced with new ones. There are so many other hotels in Chaweng area and the hotel needs some beautification to compete with them. But short stay was fine because of the the excellent service from the hotel staff that we are thankful of. THANK YOU.”
“The hotel staff were fantastic! They gave us a warm welcome and were always there to assist us. Even on a Saturday when we needed someone to open our door, they were more than happy to help. The rooms were comfortable and felt recently renovated. We had hot water in the shower, but it wasn't too hot. However, we couldn't completely darken the room. The entire outdoor area (pool, entrance, beach access, bar) seemed to be quite old and in need of some maintenance. It looked like it hadn't been updated in at least a decade. The trees were rotting and everything felt outdated. Although the pool looked clean, we didn't feel inclined to use it.”
