“Overall, the hotel was good and the value for money is definitely worth it. However, there were two things that felt very outdated and unreasonable for 2026: Guests are charged a penalty if they lose the room key card — which is quite unbelievable nowadays. Guests are also charged if a glass is broken in the room, which feels a bit excessive. In addition, there is no proper table on the balcony for drinks or glasses, so the chances of accidentally breaking something are actually quite high. Aside from these issues, the stay was good and the price was fair for what you get.”
“The rooms are very small. Do not expect you can see ocean from your room. If you need just a room for sleep yhe hotel is good. As I say the rooms are very small. Also the beachfront of the hotel is super small. You find there beach bags for sitting but no sunbeds for this is no space. The pool is long so you can nice swimming if you not want go in the stunning ocean. Breakfast is nothing special just basic. The location is central chaweng so if you love the chaweng beach and the nightlife perfect.”
“Our stay Mar 14-21, 2026. Recently reading the negative comments you would think this place is not very good value. Actually pleasantly surprised and relieved. There were comments about noise and the rooms. The staff admitted Bldg 1 received a lot of complaints. This noise comes from the bar across the street. In Bldg 4 a reviewer's recommendation was our saving grace. We had three rooms on the first floor and about 100 ft from the edge of the pool and about 200ft to the banana bean bags and beach. Check-in: Ammy was very friendly, accommodating and explained everything we needed to know from the location of our building, the pool, and breakfast. Danica (supv) from the Philippines went out of her way to help us get three scooters and two of the riders helmets were too small. She made sure they got the right helmets and helpful to ensure the riders were happy and provided us places to eat locally that were also highly rated on Google. Rooms: Are fine and someone commented that they were so small they barely can get around the bed. In between the beds yes otherwise no problem. Staff adjoined our rooms via Agoda app request. AC was ice cold, no English TV channels with no streaming apps so we just used the internet or bring a Roku/Chromecast. Internet speeds fastest at 45-50 Mbps. Bathroom is nicely appointed and housekeeping does a phenomenal job. Two key cards provided on check-in and we leave one in the wall device that operates the AC and leave it running pretty much 24/7. There is a water kettle and four glasses and they provide two bottles of drinking water per day. There is a bum gun next to the toilet if you choose to use that otherwise you might have to ask for an extra roll of toilet paper. Nightstands on each side of the beds with regular blade type plug in but also dedicated USB-A ports next to the sockets, nice touch. Our room has floor damage so we did a thorough video recording throughout. Some customers complained about the flights overhead and in the location of this hotel it's in the flight path of aircraft coming in and taking off. It has not been an issue whatsoever. The aircraft seem not to have a set schedule sometimes there might be one every 15 minutes then other parts of the day hours goes by without one single one. Night time never have a problem sleeping due to noise. Beach towels provided w/ basket and used them to visit Ang Thong national park. Our rate was $127/rm/nt which includes two twin/double beds and full buffett breakfast. Priced a little high maybe because of the ongoing tourist season but I booked them thru Agoda 2 weeks before arriving. September rates are $62 per night. Breakfast gets its own paragraph. Phenomenal! Fried rice, a local main dish, scrabbled eggs, hash browns, two types of chicken sausage, boiled eggs, yogurt, mixed fruit, cut up fruit (pineapple, watermelon, pears), breads with five different jams, coffee, tea, orange and apple juice, salad and pastries. Been to Thailand twice and five different hotels and this one has been the best. Included in the price that may explain why it was a little bit higher but totally worth it. Updated pics below. Location: We picked it for this main reason along the main strip there are tons of currency exchange, surprisingly lots of laundromats, Thai massage, at least three 7-11s within a 10-minute walk, a McDonald's, Burger King, mall about a 12 minute walk away with a TOPS food hall and night market. Great amenities. Transportation: airport pickup for 5 with the accompanying luggage and they had a person waiting but it's a quite a long walk from baggage claim to where they're parked. Cost 600 THB one way but compared to Grab about the same. Beach: arrived about 9:30 a.m. high tide the beach covered. By 2:00 p.m. everyday low enough to walk across to the rock barrier island at waste or stomach level. Highly recommend and will stay again.”
“Rooms are good , spacious and well equipped. Rooms are with decent amenities like beach towel, Electric Kettle etc . Location is very good , beach side . Service need to be improved a bit as they are not serving anything in rooms . Not even water which is just 1 litre per person . Rooms also available after 1 pm which is a bit tiring . Buffet breakfast was really very good with lots of many continental options .”
