“Thank you to the lovely staff for all the kindness & helpfulness. Japan saved the day on our last night when I lost my AirPods and she went out of her way to help me, a hero! The housekeeping team was incredible, our room was always spotless and organized everyday. The security guards were also very kind. Thank you! We rented a car so the hills weren’t that big of a deal for us. But we did find trying to come home everyday was a struggle because there’s 2 entrances but the one they want you to enter isn’t on the maps & very hard to find on the street. Very hidden, so that was frustrating. And the gym didn’t open till 8 which was very frustrating because we wanted to workout in the morning but it was too late. Other than that I think the staff & the room was the best part!”

“My family and I stayed on the residence side for one week. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well. However, the water heater and water pressure were poor. Maintenance came to fix the heater, but the next day water was leaking everywhere. I believe this was not the maintenance team’s fault, but rather due to an old water heater. During our stay, the shower alternated between hot and cold water with no warm option. Washing my long hair was especially difficult. If you stay on the residence side, you do not receive the same level of service as on the hotel side. It feels like being treated as second-class guests. On the hotel side, there is shuttle service to take you down the hill, which is not available for residence guests. I agree that the view from the room is amazing, but due to the difficult location, I would not recommend staying on this property. Even if you have a car, the road is very narrow with tight turns, making it stressful to drive in and out. Taxis charge at least 300 baht even for short trips nearby. Overall, the cost of living in Samui in 2026 is at least 30% higher than the past year. P.S. We have visited Samui almost every year.”

“⚠️ I rarely write reviews like this, but this experience needs to be shared. I booked this property months in advance (over $1,400). When I needed to adjust my plans, the hotel offered a one-time rescheduling option valid for six months. Based on that, I moved forward assuming we could finalize new dates. From that point on, everything went downhill. I reached out multiple times—through Booking.com AND directly via email—to confirm alternative dates. No response. Nothing. Completely ignored. I followed up repeatedly over time, trying to finalize the stay that THEY told me I could reschedule. It gets worse—even Booking.com reached out to the property on my behalf to resolve this, and they did not respond to them either. Twice. If they won’t respond to their own platform, imagine how they treat guests directly. Then, months later—after my original check-in date had already passed—they suddenly respond with: “Sorry for the delayed response, we can't do anything.” That’s it. By that time, the booking was already lost. No stay. No resolution. No accountability. Let me be clear: If they had NOT offered rescheduling, I would have either kept the booking or forced the trip. I only changed plans because of THEIR offer. Then they disappeared when it actually mattered. This is not a “non-refundable policy” issue. This is: -Offering a solution -Ignoring the guest trying to use it -Then hiding behind policy afterward That’s not how a legitimate business operates. If you’re traveling internationally or relying on communication for changes, think twice before booking here. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect timely responses or follow-through. Horrible low-tier hospitality. I’m still trying to resolve this through Booking.com, but based on my experience, this situation should not happen to anyone—especially at this price point. Proceed with caution.”
