“Absolutely wonderful experience!!! We were traveling as a family of 9 and celebrating milestones for our parents. The staff went out of their way to make the stay memorable for all of us, taking care of our every request and going over and beyond without even asking. The rooms are indeed old, but whatever lacks there is enough and more compensated with the unmatched service and the tranquil surroundings. A special shout-out to Tik, our butler, who took care of our every request with the brightest smile and truly delighted us with a wonderful surprise during the milestone celebration. Chef Freddie and his team were brilliant with coming up with creative solutions for our dietary preferences, Song at the check-in was great with problem-solving and accommodating our room requests and Alex at Concierge got us great recommendations for excursions. “Our stay at Vana Belle was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and level of care from the team truly exceeded every expectation. The resort graciously upgraded our room for our birthday and anniversary celebration, accommodated an early check-in, and prepared the most beautiful welcome set-up in our suite that instantly made the trip feel so special and memorable. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. The service throughout the stay was flawless. A very special thank you to C, who took incredible care of us from beginning to end. She checked in with us daily both in person and through messages, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout our stay. She was professional, thoughtful, precise, and delivered truly spotless service with such warmth and grace. Another special shout out to Romi for the wonderful and smooth check-in experience that immediately made us feel welcomed and valued. The breakfast each morning was excellent, the room was beautifully maintained, and the beach and pool area were absolutely stunning—peaceful, relaxing, and everything you would hope for in Koh Samui. Amazing, amazing, amazing. This was genuinely one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had, and honestly, we would return to Koh Samui just to stay at Vana Belle again.”

“This well situated and beautifully designed resort is an oasis of luxury. Tucked into a secluded cove on the white sands of Chaweng Noi Beach, the hotel is close to all major island attractions and only a 6km from Koh Samui Airport. Nestled amid lush, carefully manicured gardens the hotel atmosphere is a tranquil sanctuary. We spent 7 wonderful nights here and had a truly memorable experience. What makes this resort a stand out, are "the artisans of hospitality" - the staff, and their attentive, tailored and flawless service! Special mention to Romi, our butler and Max from F&B, your highly personalised service and custom-curated bespoke itineraries elevated our stay creating memories we will cherish forever.”
“Outstanding stay Stayed here for four nights. Outstanding service and great F&B. Excellent beach. Friendly staff and great food. This property blows the Ritz Carlton Koh Samui out of the water. Special thanks to our great butler C. Will definitely come back. If I really need to find points for improvement, then rooms could use some minor updates as they get a bit dated; and the fairly small main pool requires a bunch of new tiles and slightly more professional maintenance. Overall, excellent hotel in great location in an outstanding setting.”
