“A nice small hotel located just off the main road in a quiet area, walkable to the Fisherman’s village night market. The rooms were spacious and clean, small hob and microwave were provided if you want to cook in your room. The manager Maria and her 2 staff were on site most of the day and were frequently asking if every thing was OK. There is a small clean swimming pool and sunbeds with shade in a well kept garden area. All rooms have a decent size balcony. An added bonus was the on site washing machines with detergent supplied, this was free of charge. I feel the need to comment on a recent post that stated; "What really brings down the rating for us is that it is only cleaned every four days. It got dirty very quickly as we are 2 adults and 2 small children in a small room. It said "daily cleaning" when booking so to be told on site that it is only cleaned every four days shocked us. Sand, dust, hair and crumbs collected everywhere and very quickly. It felt disgusting to sleep when you could feel all the sand in the bed." This comment is simply not true, the information book in each room clearly states that rooms are cleaned every 4 days and if you require daily cleaning just ask the staff. My advice to this reviewer is if you feel it was disgusting to sleep with sand on your bed don't put it there, you could use the foot wash hose at the entrance or use the shower by the pool, or indeed take advantage of the offer to have daily room cleans. Worst case scenario remove the sheets and shake the sand off outside. We booked 6 nights and leave tomorrow, I would happily stay longer.”

“Lovely spot. Rooms are all looking at the pool the pool is lovely treat partly shady areas to sit. My room had a kitchen not sure about the rest of the units but it had everything I needed and I was happy here. 10 minute walk to the beach several restaurants close by. Vegetable Fruit Stand at the main rd. would be happy to spend a month here. Loved it”
“Located in Bo Phut. 5mins walk to the beach and 10mins walk to fisherman’s village night market and the wharf. You can find coco tams there too. Maria was extremely friendly. Helped me out by booking the cab for us from the pier. Response was prompt. Helped us in booking a day tour to Koh tao and assisted in renting us a bike.Property is located inside a lane and was cosy. Although there’s no breakfast available, there are various places where you can eat here. Will definetly be coming back to stay at this place again. 🙂”

“We had an absolutely amazing 2-week stay at Luna Sole and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family holiday. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were traveling as a family with two young children (4 years and 4 months), and Luna Sole was just perfect for us. The residence is small and peaceful, which made it ideal. The pool was never crowded, and it became a lovely social spot where we met so many wonderful people over our stay – a real bonus! Our older son had fun every day, and we genuinely looked forward to relaxing by the pool. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the entire property is kept incredibly clean – including the pool area. A big plus for us as a family of four was the free washing machine, which made longer stays so much easier and more convenient. The staff are simply fantastic – always smiling, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Special mention must go to Maria, the manager, who was the heart and soul of the residence. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and shared great recommendations for places to visit and eat. Her warmth and hospitality made our holiday truly unforgettable. We’d also like to thank Betty, the cleaner, who was so lovely and always kind to our children – a real gem and such a caring presence throughout our stay. We were truly heartbroken to leave. It felt like home away from home, and we made memories – and friendships – that will last a lifetime. If we could give 11 out of 10, we absolutely would. Thank you so much, Maria and the whole team, for making our stay so special. We really hope to come back one day!”
