“If you crave a peaceful, serene and rustic stay then this ticks all the boxes. The staff were exceptional- smiley and friendly and always ready to help. They never said no to customising my breakfast and also gifted me with the whale soft toy at the end of my stay because i mentioned its comfy to hug to sleep! Area is perfect for local and quiet vibes but has walkable dining options along the stretch of beach. 7-11 across the street! You can tell the love, care and. thoughtfulness that the owner and team has put into this place. For example, the room came with nespresso, plenty of free water, complimentary mini bar of drinks and snacks! Such a lovely thoughtful touch to ensure the guests feel comfortable. Also, they provide bath robes, beach sarong, beach bag and indoor slippers. One thing to note is if you’re sharing the room, the toilet and shower doors are clear glass.”

“White Whale has honestly been one of the highlights of our stay in Koh Samui. The villas are stunning with such a clean, luxe feel and waking up to that ocean view every morning is unreal. It’s peaceful, private and feels like your own little escape while still being close to everything.”
“This is an amazing place to unwind and get away from the chaos. We stayed for 5 nights and loved it. The location is great, quiet but has enough restaurants, massage places etc to keep you fed for a reasonable price. Breakfast each morning is fresh with a wide variety and the coffee was great. The views were next level, staff amazing and the pool was refreshing.”
“For us this was exactly what we were looking for after a whilrwind trip round europe we just wanted somewhere to wind down for 5 days before flying back to Australia. The White Whale was perfect for this, comfortable beds/rooms fresh sheets every day. Breakfast freshly made to order, amazing iced coffee each morning. We went in the wet season so we were prepared for grey skies. However there were some great local places to have a chang and play some cards when the rain came over. Loved having our own pool to float around in after a swim in the ocean. Staff were so friendly and the township was the perfect size for us, had pharmacy, massage, 7/11, great chilled beach bars with authentic thai cooking for great prices. **** one WARNING though, the tiles around the pool and down to the beach are VERY slippy!! **** Please get maintenance put a non-slip treatment on the outdoor tiles to prevent an accident of you guests... we got away with only a smashed phone but could have been lot worse.. Overall a great little find and would recommend if you are a couple that just want downtime and not too many westerners. Also they pick you up and drop you off from the airport so recommend pre-booking this as it made things easy. Thanks so much Team!:)”
“Best hotel I’ve stayed in my life! Had our honeymoon here and it is everything a young couple could want. So many lovely complimentary goodies — snacks, water and iced fruit drink ready for you the moment you enter the room! Perfectly clean, super comfy bed, spotless pool and the most stunning floating breakfast! We even asked for the floating breakfast to be served earlier than we originally asked for and they were able to accommodate the last minute change with a smile! The perfect place to spend quality time — a couples dream stay!”
